A fitness coaching session is more than just giving you a set of exercises to do on your own. Fitness and lifestyle coaching go hand in hand. We will look at your life as a whole.

When we move our bodies, the world moves with us. Yoga and fitness is a process of returning to your body, it's coming home.
Your body is poetry, and when we tap into that deep personal flow, we step into power.
Yoga is a process of physical, emotional and spiritual integration. We move into physical alignment, we connect to deep strength. We breath. We sweat. We dance to a wild and deep wisdom that exists in our cells. Yoga is a blend of physical and spiritual practices. You show up where you are, how you are, regardless of your level of experience.
During a private session we will craft an intention for our time together. Each class begins and ends with a personalized mediation and energy healing session. This is a safe space for you to open to your Wild, Beautiful Heart.
Personal Fitness Programming:
Fitness is a powerful tool for helping your build a deeper relationship with your body and all of it's parts. I also use a variety of fitness modalities, including Crossfit style workouts to help you integrate your physical and emotional bodies. You'll have homework, and the more your commit to your training, the more you'll get from it. Sessions can be done remotely or in-person.
